Course Content

The economic crises that Turkish economy experienced since the establishment of the Republic will be deeply analysed in the historical perspective.

Course Objective and Fulfillments to be obtained by Students

 

The course is aimed to analyse economic crises in Turkish economy from an historical perspective. To reach this aim, the economic crises that Turkish economy experienced from 1929 to current period will be examined giving an emphasis on the latest crises. Another aim of the course is to develop students’ ability to participate in discussions, make presentations, make researches and write papers.
