Course Content

Probability distributions and densities; Olasılık dağılımları ve yoğunlukları, mathematical expectation, special probability densities (gama, beta, Chi-square, uniform and normal). Functions of random variables, sampling distributions, estimations and nonparametric tests.

Course Objective and Fulfillments to be obtained by Students

 

The main objective of this course is to develop the graduate level mathematical statistics knowledge of student, namely the main probability distributions, random variables and tools of mathematical statistics.
