Graduate/Masters’ Degree : M.A., 1971, Vanderbilt University, Nashville-USA.

Graduate/ PH.D: Ph.D., 1975, Hacettepe University, Ankara-Turkey. Dissertation title:                      “Unemployment Problem in Turkey : 1950-1985”
